Pre-launch legal draft
Privacy Policy
Version 2026-08-02. This draft describes the implemented data flows and must receive qualified legal review before public paid launch.
Information LTS processes
LTS processes account identity and verified email, business and workspace settings, member access, inventory and operational records, support activity, audit history, and limited billing identifiers and subscription status. Stripe—not LTS Inventory—collects payment-card details.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, isolate and operate workspaces, process inventory work, deliver invitations and service messages, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, provide approved support, and meet contractual or legal requirements.
Service providers
LTS uses specialized providers for cloud hosting, authentication, payments, and transactional email. They receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own security and privacy commitments.
Security and access
LTS applies tenant isolation, encrypted connections, protected session and application secrets, role-based access, audit trails, and time-limited customer-approved support access. No internet service can promise absolute security, so customers should report suspected account compromise promptly.
Retention, export, and deletion
Workspace Owners can request an export and schedule account closure. Operational data is removed after the documented cooling-off and cleanup process except for minimum records that must be retained for security, billing, disputes, or law. Final retention periods remain subject to owner and legal approval before launch.
Questions and requests
To ask about access, correction, export, deletion, or this policy, email inventory@lit-solutions.tech. LTS will verify the requester’s authority before disclosing or changing workspace data.
